We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Executive (HR) to assist and support the HR department in various HR Functions. We are looking for a qualified Professional to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and Industry standards.
- Design and run employee training & development (T&D) programs.
- Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
- Planning and execution of Employee well-being and Reward & Recognition (R&R) Programs.
- Plan and manage employee Wellness and Safety Programs.
- Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Negotiate and manage labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
- Plan, Conduct performance evaluations and Feedback for Employees.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies in terms of Laisoning and completion of all the required office documentation and coordination with all required government, public or private departments & organizations w.r.t public relations (PR).
- Supporting the HRD in tackling the various critical HR challenges like Retention, Policy drafting and execution, Reward, and Penalty programs etc.
- Planning and managing employee onboarding and Induction / orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Planning, management, and execution of employee engagement programs like team building activities, employee playful and involvement activities, Support employee relations activities fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Planning & Management of all the events within and outside the company i.e Company-wide events like company anniversary, Employee Birthdays, Employee Farewell, Baby showers etc.
Skills & Qualification Criteria:-
- Master’s degree in human resources or a relevant domain.
- Minimum 2+ Years of Hands of experience in HR Operations
- Knowledge of MS Office, ATS, and HR analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Innovative and problem-solving skills.
Note: Preference will be given to female candidates with working experience in corporate sector.
